These Terms of Service govern your use of myclyvorra.com and the services provided through the website.

Clyvorra is owned and operated by Nanjing Huiyingda Trading Co., Ltd.  References to “Clyvorra,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean this company.

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order. Purchase-specific conditions are also explained in our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us and to use the website for lawful purposes.

2. Product Information

We offer general merchandise, household items, and everyday essentials.

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, prices, dimensions, materials, and available options. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings. This does not excuse material differences between the delivered product and its description.

3. Prices and Promotions

If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing error, or a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an order and cancel it, we will refund any amount collected for the canceled portion, including applicable shipping charges.

5. Shipping

Our current shipping settings cover the United States:

The free shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Processing times, delivery estimates, fulfillment origins, tracking, and delivery problem procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Contact service@myclyvorravip.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Requests depend on the order’s processing and dispatch status. A request is not confirmed until we notify you of the outcome.

If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we do not charge a cancellation fee and issue a full refund, including paid shipping, within 5–10 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by our 180-Day Free Return Guarantee, starting from the date of delivery.

For eligible returns, we cover return shipping through a prepaid label or another arrangement confirmed by customer support. Return conditions, refund amounts, and the treatment of original shipping charges are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. If no return is required, the period starts when the refund is approved.

These arrangements do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud or unlawful activities;
• Submit false payment details or impersonate another person;
• Attempt to access systems or information without authorization;
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address these activities. Any restriction does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders, valid refunds, or statutory rights.

If we identify an error affecting your order, we will explain it and provide appropriate options. Corrections will not be used to retrospectively remove agreed purchase rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory obligations concerning product safety, quality, or consumer remedies.

Any limitation permitted by applicable law will apply only to the extent legally enforceable. These terms do not transfer all delivery or transaction risks to you.

Please contact us first with your order number and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and seek a resolution.

You retain the right to use available payment-provider dispute procedures, contact relevant authorities, or pursue legal remedies. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections or access to a competent court.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively. An existing order remains subject to the terms agreed when it was placed, unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
